该职位来源于猎聘 ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY ABOUT THE ROLE: Service Coordinator This role oversees repair center material and planning management, coordinates refurbishment and repair operations from planning to delivery, and ensures data integrity across business documentation — essential to maintaining repair and refurbish efficiency, cost control. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Material Planning & Distribution Management Develop comprehensive material plans based on service demand forecasts and historical consumption patterns, ensuring optimal inventory levels to support ongoing service operations. Track material arrival status in real time, proactively identify potential supply delays, and coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to mitigate risks. Distribute materials according to kitting availability and priority rules, ensuring balanced allocation across service centers and timely fulfillment of urgent requests. Conduct regular inventory reviews and reconcile discrepancies between system records and physical stock to maintain data accuracy.
• Refurbishment Planning & Delivery Accountability Formulate and prioritize refurbishment plans by aligning sales demands with material availability, production capacity, and turnaround time requirements. Establish clear milestones and KPIs for each refurbishment project, track full implementation progress through regular status updates and progress reports. Identify bottlenecks in the refurbishment workflow and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance throughput and reduce cycle times.
• Documentation & Data Integrity Management Verify various business documents and ledgers including material requisitions, inventory records, refurbishment orders, and financial reconciliations to ensure data accuracy. Supervise timely closure of pending documents, follow up with relevant stakeholders to resolve open items, and prevent document backlog. Generate regular reports on documentation compliance, data accuracy trends, and process improvement recommendations for management review.
• Cross-functional Collaboration & Process Improvement Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality teams to align material and refurbishment activities with overall business objectives. Participate in cross-departmental projects and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service coordination processes.
• Other Tasks Assigned by Company EXPERIENCES & SKILLS REQUIRED EXPERIENCES / EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: Bachelor's degree or above, with a preferred major in Supply Chain Management, related fields. At least 3 years of experience in PMC (production control and material control). Experience in ERP/SAP systems and inventory management tools is highly preferred. REQUIRED LANGUAGES (BESIDES ENGLISH): Good written and verbal English communication skills. REQUIRED SKILLS: Proficient in end-to-end material management, including demand planning, procurement tracking, inventory control, and distribution coordination. Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on quantitative analysis. Skilled in using office software (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems; familiarity with BI tools or data visualization platforms is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effective collaboration across departments.
