Service Coordinator

Our client is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join their team in the northern suburbs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident coordinating customers, licensed plumbers and trades people, providing quotations, approvals and works from initial notification through to completion. Prior experience and knowledge of Iplex products is advantageous.

About the Role
As the Service Coordinator, you will manage plumbing enquiries and coordinate repipe projects, ensuring all jobs are progressed efficiently, accurately and within required timeframes.

You will act as the key point of contact between customers, plumbers, internal teams and relevant stakeholders, managing the end-to-end coordination of  works.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate Iplex-related plumbing enquiries and claims.
• Provide professional and timely communication with customers and relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate licensed plumbers to attend plumbing jobs.
• Ensure notifications and urgent matters are actioned within required timeframes.
• Coordinate Full Home Repipe (FHRP), Ceiling Pipe Repipe (CPR) and Zone Repipe (ZRP) projects.
• Prepare and issue quotations within required timeframes.
• Review quotations and identify when additional documentation or approval is required.
• Submit quotations, supporting documentation and invoices through relevant portals.
• Monitor approvals and proactively follow up outstanding matters.
• Coordinate and schedule approved works with customers and plumbing teams.
• Track multiple projects from initial notification through to completion.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all required documentation is completed.
• Identify potential delays and proactively resolve or escalate issues.

About You
Previous and demonstrated experience in a service coordinator role is essential.

You will ideally have:

• Direct experience coordinating Iplex-related plumbing works.
• Strong understanding of FHRP, CPR and ZRP processes.
• Experience working with licensed plumbers and/or trade contractors.
• Experience preparing and managing quotations and approvals.
• Familiarity with claims, insurance or relevant online portals.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and strict deadlines simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
