What they need

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate customer service calls and assign jobs to field/service engineers.
- Monitor call status, follow up on pending calls, and ensure timely closure as per SLA.
- Handle customer escalations, AMC/warranty coordination, and vendor/OEM follow-ups.
- Maintain service records, CRM/ticket updates, and prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.
Required Skills:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in service coordination/customer support.
- Good communication
- Knowledge of IT hardware/service operations is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM/ticketing tools and good follow-up skills.
