About the role

This role involves maintaining organized and detailed records of daily itineraries, assisting in scheduling preventive maintenance, and handling administrative responsibilities including answering phone calls, booking appointments, clerical tasks such as filing, generating reports, and inventory of office supplies. You will also be responsible for maintenance of tools and test equipment.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in any field (science background is an advantage)
• Proficient in relevant computer software such as Microsoft Office applications
• Team player who can handle diversity and uniqueness of each person
• Highly organized and keen to details
• Willing to learn new machines
• Experience dealing with medical equipment, supplies, and laboratory reagents is an advantage
