- Resolving of complaints in the system
- Track the escalated complaints and report to reporting manager
- Maintain TAT - ensure timely resolution of complaints
- Complaint analysis report, MIS
- Keep record of technician reports, expenses, revenue collection etc
- Coordinate with Branch and QC for samples and reports

- Arrange the field requirement like, report books, tools etc for technicians
