Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process service requests from clients.
• Schedule service calls, preventive maintenance, and installations.
• Coordinate daily assignments of Service Engineers and Technicians.
• Maintain records of service reports, maintenance logs, and customer information.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding spare parts and tools needed for service.
• Ensure timely submission of service reports from technicians.
• Assist in preparing quotations for repairs, spare parts, and maintenance services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, but preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in machinery or technical service industry is an ADVANTAGE.
• Experience in service coordination, scheduling, or administrative support is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
