Job Responsibilities

• Receive and coordinate customer service complaints and requirements.
• Coordinate with service engineers for installation, breakdown and maintenance visits.
• Schedule engineers for local and outstation service calls.
• Follow up with engineers regarding visit status and service reports.
• Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules, material requirements and payments.
• Prepare and share service quotations, including AMC and repair-related quotations.
• Coordinate for spare parts and materials required for service work.
• Track pending complaints and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain service records, reports and customer data in Excel/Tally.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Store and Service teams for smooth service operations.
• Follow up on pending service payments and AMC renewals.
• Prepare daily/weekly service status reports for management.

Skills Required

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Tally.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to manage multiple service requests.
• Problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Willingness to coordinate with field engineers and customers.

Qualification

Graduate / Diploma preferred.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience in UPS, electrical equipment, power electronics, industrial equipment or service coordination will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
