Service Coordinator

About the role

As CSK expands, we are seeking a service coordinator to join our growing service team. As the Service Coordinator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the maintenance, service, and repair of specialised medical-grade refrigeration equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Scheduling our refrigeration mechanics for service and repairs work
• Reviewing reports and forwarding them to our customers in a timely manner
• Preparing quotations for service and repair work
• Invoicing
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external stakeholders and clients
• Take ownership of responsibilities and actively contribute to achieving business performance goals, meeting delivery timeframes, and ensuring customer satisfaction

About you

• Strong customer service skills, with excellent written and verbal communication
• Proven experience in a customer service and/or administrative role
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Proficient computer literacy, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and electronic job management systems like simPRO or similar
• Ability to work effectively independently and within a team
• A friendly customer focused attitude
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
