Service Coordinator

We are currently seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join a well-established organisation in Welshpool. This is a great opportunity for an organised and customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

About the role:

• Coordinate and schedule technicians for maintenance, installations and urgent repairs
• Manage technician availability and optimise daily schedules
• Coordinate site access, mobilisation and other service requirements
• Liaise with customers to understand their service needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Monitor service jobs, ensuring costs and work orders are accurately maintained
• Prepare invoices following completion of service work
• Maintain accurate customer and service records and update internal databases
• Prepare service reports and assist with improving coordination processes

About you:

• Previous experience in service coordination, scheduling or a similar role would be ideal
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritise competing demands and remain composed under pressure
• Confident using MS Office and scheduling systems
