Role & responsibilities
- To look after service coordination in North/South region.
- Coordinating with Purchase, sales and engineer team.
- Making service Invoice, challan from account team.
- Taking payment follow-up of service invoice to customer.
- Taking payment follow-up of Loading/ unloading invoice to Customers (Varian & Siemens)
- To submit a daily schedule to my manager.
- Doing daily meeting of North/South region.
- Providing daily update of open case (Medical/ Non-medical).
- Replaying the daily MOM of North/South region.
- Replying West all emails/ documentation of all open cases/pending issues/ cash received/ U/B; Warranty/ invoicing done on time / complaints being closed on time.
- Taking all phone calls of all customers.
- Managing/ supporting North/South engineers to receive.
