  • Supporting with stock checks and maintaining accurate parts records.

Service Coordination

  • Working alongside the Service Manager and other Service Coordinators to ensure the efficient running of the service department.
  • Supporting the coordination of field-based service engineers.
  • Booking engineers to attend customer sites and liaising with customers in a professional manner.
  • Dealing with customer, engineer and supplier queries by telephone and email.
  • Raising accurate quotations for parts and service work.
  • Following up quotations and customer requirements in a timely manner.
  • Processing service-related orders and ensuring information is recorded accurately.
  • Supporting colleagues with general service administration and coordination when required.
