Service Coordinator

**Position:**As a Service Coordinator, you’ll be the central point of contact between technicians, customers and internal teams, coordinating schedules, mobilisations and service jobs from start to finish. This is a varied, fast-paced role where strong organisation and communication are key.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate service jobs, technicians and site mobilisations
• Manage customer communication, site access, travel and job requirements
• Track WIP, warranty work, recurring jobs and outstanding tasks
• Maintain accurate job information and documentation in SimPRO
• Support invoicing, progress claims and general service administration

 Skills & Experience:

• Experience in service coordination, scheduling or job administration
• Background in a technical, engineering, industrial or trade environment
• Strong organisation, communication and customer service skills
• Experience with SimPRO or similar job management software
• Ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems proactively
