Position

Service Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily service calls and assign jobs to Service Engineers/Technicians.
• Receive customer service requests and understand their requirements.
• Schedule service visits and follow up with the concerned Service Engineer.
• Maintain records of service calls, job status, and customer complaints.
• Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules and updates.
• Follow up on pending and completed service jobs.
• Prepare daily/weekly service reports and MIS.
• Coordinate with the Service Team, customers, and internal departments for smooth service operations.
• Ensure timely closure of service complaints.
• Maintain proper documentation related to service activities.
• Escalate unresolved customer issues to the Service Manager.
• Support the Service Team in achieving customer satisfaction and service targets.

Required Skills

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple service requests.
• Good telephone etiquette.
• Problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of Marathi, Hindi, and English will be preferred.

Qualification

Any Graduate

Experience

1–3 years of experience in service coordination, customer service, telecalling, or a similar role will be preferred.
