What they need
- Manage customer’s account.
- Responsible for receiving customer concern and coordinating schedules, quotations and payments.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints pertaining to service and repair work.
- Prepare quotations based on the standard pricing index provided by the Operations Manager and the Spare Parts Department.
- Follow up collection/payment confirmation prior to service schedule
- Creation of Service Report Form (SRF) and coordinate with service dispatcher for scheduling of service.
- Coordinate with client for needed documents such as work permits, delivery permits, and other permits required on-site
- Prepare Sales Invoice and PR for billing of respective work/rendered to be submitted to the Accounting Unit of the Collection Department.
- Creation of Return Slip (RS) in case of returned item from customers.
- Maintain and keep a record of all service-related transactions/documents and post all accomplished service request forms in the summary (logbook) for follow-up/verification and record purposes.
- Perform other tasks that may be required from time to time
