Service Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Handle and coordinate customer service complaints and service calls.
• Coordinate with Service Engineers for customer visits, installation and breakdown services.
• Maintain service complaints, job cards, warranty claims and service reports.
• Coordinate with Sales, Stores, Production and Dispatch for service requirements.
• Follow up on pending complaints, spare parts and warranty cases.
• Communicate service status and closure updates to customers.
• Prepare daily/weekly service MIS and maintain proper documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate/Diploma with good communication, coordination and follow-up skills. Basic technical knowledge, MS Excel and SAP knowledge preferred.

Preferred Industry: Industrial Machinery / Machine Tools / Power Tools.
