About the role

This full-time Service Coordinator role at Air Control Australia Pty Ltd in Murarrie, QLD is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to join a dynamic and growing company. In this vital position, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth running of the office.

What you'll be doing

• Scheduling, dispatch and coordinating works with technicians & managers
• Primary contact for incoming service requests
• Raising new jobs & assigning them to technicians
• Assisting clients & scheduling in service calls, maintenance & repair works
• Ensuring all technicians have productive work
• Liaising with customers & technicians regarding work in progress.
• General administrative tasks

What we're looking for

• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
