Service Coordinator

We have a great opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic service co-ordinator to join the amazing team at our busy resource centre in Havant. If you are passionate about customer service, have great communication skills and want to make a real difference to the local community, then we want to hear from you.

The role will be reporting to the Resource Manager, your duties will include:

• Taking calls from our trade operatives, client and residents.
• Liaising with operatives and residents regarding booked appointments.
• Assisting with the allocation of work to operatives on a daily basis, including providing response work to ensure appointment times are met.
• Working effectively with other departments to deliver excellent service.
• Updating and maintaining the Comserv database with details of appointments and completed works.
• Ad hoc administration duties as and when required.
