Service Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to manage and coordinate daily service activities. The role involves creation of logs in internal application, coordinating with customers and technicians, monitoring service requests, and ensuring that all jobs are completed efficiently and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, record, and monitor customer service requests and work orders.
• Communicate with customers regarding service appointments, schedules, requirements, and updates.
• Coordinate closely with dispatchers, service teams, and other departments to ensure smooth job execution.
• Monitor the status and progress of ongoing service requests.
• Follow up on pending, delayed, or incomplete service jobs.
• Ensure that service records and customer information are accurate and updated.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Coordinate the manpower, equipment, materials, and other service requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring reports.
• Maintain good communication with customers and internal teams.

About you

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in service coordination, operations, customer service, dispatching, or administration is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-oriented with a professional and positive attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, technicians, and internal departments.
• Willing to work flexible hours when required.
