Service & Rental Coordinator - NSW

This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys coordinating workflows, supporting technicians and customers, and being the central point of communication in a busy service environment.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate incoming service jobs & customer enquiries
• Enter jobs, raise quotes & work orders in iScala
• Communicate job progress and updates to customers
• Support workshop & field service scheduling
• Process rental contracts, fleet dispatch & returns
• Maintain fleet readiness & asset status records
• Assist with invoicing, reporting & admin support

Hours & Work/Life Balance

• Monday - Thursday: 7:00am - 3:30pm
• Friday: 7:00am - 1:00pm (early finish every Friday)
• Weekends off

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in service admin / customer support
• Experience in industrial, hire, pumps or engineering industries beneficial
• Strong communication & stakeholder skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office & ERP systems (iScala ideal but not essential)
• Current driver's licence
