Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the team by undertaking administrative tasks, including processing client information, data processing, bookings, payments and general office tasks.
- Greeting our patients as they arrive at the clinic and making them feel welcome as they make their way to-and-from their appointments.
- Supporting our Clinic Managers in dealing with patient queries by telephone, mail and email, becoming familiar with all our client management systems across both NHS contracted work and our private services.
About You
The most important thing is that you will be self-starting and dynamic, always looking for opportunities to learn and improve.
You will be based within a commutable distance to our Bullhouse Mill office.
In addition:

- Career development and the opportunity to grow your role within the business into Client Management roles as the business expands.
- Full-time working (part time considered for the right candidate).
- 28 days annual leave.
- Competitive salary starting at £25k.
This role is subject to a DBS check.
