Service Coordinator

Service Coordinator, UPS Manufacturing Company
Location: Delhi | Type: Full-time | Reporting to: Service Head / Owner

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls and log every complaint with customer name, site, UPS model/capacity, and issue
• Assign service tickets to field engineers and follow up until closure
• Maintain service records, AMC schedules, and ticket status in Google Sheets
• Book parcels and couriers for spares and replacements, and share tracking details with customers
• Follow up on pending payments and service invoices, and update the payment status
• Send reminders to customers for AMC renewals and scheduled visits
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams on daily updates

Requirements

• 1-3 years in a coordinator, back-office, or customer support role (technical or electrical industry is a plus)
• Good spoken Hindi and English; clear, polite phone manner
• Comfortable with Google Sheets (filters, basic formulas) and WhatsApp/email
• Organized, and able to stay calm when customers are upset

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
