What they need
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Service Coordination, Service Operations, Field Service Coordination, or a similar technical service role.
- Experience in NDT, industrial equipment, capital equipment, instrumentation, automation, or related technical industries is preferred.
- Proven experience in coordinating field service engineers for equipment installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdown services, and other field service activities.
- Experience working with foreign OEMs and private/government customers will be an added advantage.
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day service activities for multiple Service Engineers across multiple customer locations.
- Plan, schedule, and deploy service engineers for equipment installations, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdowns, and other service requirements.
- Develop and monitor service plans at both micro and macro levels to ensure timely execution and fulfillment of customer commitments.
- Prioritize and allocate service calls based on urgency, customer requirements, equipment criticality, location, engineer availability, and technical expertise.
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between MQS and customers following equipment supply, managing all service-related communication, coordination, follow-ups, and issue resolution throughout the post-sales service lifecycle.
- Ensure effective coordination between customers, field service engineers, internal teams, and OEMs to achieve timely and efficient service delivery.
