Service Coordinator

YOUR ROLE:

• Coordinate day-to-day scheduling of technicians and contractors

• Manage and track service requests

• Maintain clear communication with service technicians, contractors, customers and internal teams

• Provide up to date reports on job status and team performance

• Preparing quotations for service work

• Responsible for parts receipting, allocating parts to work orders, and ensuring parts availability to support efficient workshop operations and job completion.

• Provide high level of proactive customer service

• Support administrative duties including reporting and updating ERP systems.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience working in a service department

• High attention to detail and effective communication skills

• Proficient in computer software, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office

• Experience with NetSuite will be highly regarded

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard

• Extensive customer support experience

• Must be available for immediate start and have current drivers licence

• The successful applicant will be required to undergo a National Police Check as part of the pre-employment screening process.
