Service Coordinator

Core Responsibilities

• Scheduling & Dispatch: Plan and schedule service calls, field technician visits, installations, or annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, progress updates, and complaint resolution.
• Resource Management: Assign tasks to field service representatives (FSRs) or engineers, track spare parts usage, and manage team availability.
• Documentation & Tracking: Maintain service logs, work orders, customer databases, and Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Quality Assurance: Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and help implement process improvements.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
