A Service BDC Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications, scheduling appointments, and following up on leads to drive dealership traffic. They play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting sales and service departments by ensuring timely and professional interactions.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Has thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services.
• Schedules all service appointments
• Follow Processes
• Generate appointments by means of proactive inbound and outbound prospecting.
• Communicates effectively with Internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication. (Whether by phone, chat requests, by email or in person).
• Answers sales questions and directs customers to product information resources.
• Checks email frequently and responds to inquiries immediately. Delivers messages intended for other departments promptly and notifies customers that their messages have been forwarded.
• Coordinates Internet promotions with other dealership promotions and advertising.
• Communicates effectively with the sales team.
• Maintains an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
• Establishes personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devises a strategy to meet those goals.
• Maintains professionalism and a high level of customer service at all times.
• Reliable attendance required.

Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S. Applicants are also required to have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Other requirements include completing and passing both a background and drug test as a condition of employment.

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
