• Keep a tracker on all the active complaints

• Regular CRM updates on service calls

• Periodical service reports to manager

• Coordination

• Co-ordinate between engineers and customers and ensure that maximum calls are completed

• Co-ordination and co-operation with service team to achieve targets

• Coordination with other regions.

• Principals for Spares, Manuals and Technical Assistance.

• Sales

• Generate AMC

• Submit quotation for AMC, Service, Spares

• Team management

• Ensure on time and accurate documentation

• Ensure availability of engineers at customers site as required

• Good communication Skill

• Functional Knowledge of CRM

• Computer Basic.
