Service Coordinator

Technical Duties:

• Prepares quotations for service requirements of customers.
• Prepares letters of request for after-sales service.
• Prepares conforme letters for customers.
• Communicates with principal supplier through e-mail with regards to service requirements’ i.e. estimates and delivery schedules.

Administrative Duties:

• Prepares and accomplishes Sales Order Forms.
• Prepares Purchase Requisitions (from local and foreign suppliers, i.e. goods and services,
• office supplies)
• Attends to phone calls and relays messages to the concerned service personnel.Attends to walk-in customers and gives them quotations as per their requirements.
• Coordinates with warehouse and purchasing departments the stock availability, including buy-outs.
• Coordinates and schedules with warehouse department the pull-out of returned products from customers.
• Monitors the department’s liquidations.
• Monitors the schedules and status of services and service technicians.
• Monitor/submits all necessary service documents on time, i.e. service call reports,job orders and customer survey.

Other Supporting Duties:

• Follow-up re-orders of customers and assists in following up payments of customers.
• Assists the Assistant Service Manager and Senior technicians/mechanics in clerical works.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php19,630.00 per month
