Service Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate OEM service activities, including warranty, paid services, and breakdowns.
• Plan and deploy service engineers for customer visits, campaigns, and breakdowns.
• Liaise with principals and OEMs for technical support and spare parts.
• Prepare quotations, process purchase orders, and coordinate invoicing and parts dispatch.
• Monitor service billing, customer payments, and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through feedback and corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports and monitor rental equipment status.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
• Experience in service coordination, preferably in material handling or construction equipment.
• Knowledge of warranty management, spare parts, and service operations.
• Strong coordination, communication, and customer-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MIS reporting.
• Ability to manage service engineers, breakdowns, and multiple priorities.
