Service Coordinator

Skills & Experience

• Ability to multi-task and handle deadlines and priorities

• Fire industry prior experience & experience with (simPRO)

• Confidence in dealing with high volumes of data is essential

• Well-developed computer literacy including spreadsheets and database management

• Microsoft office Skills in particular Excel. Word, PDF editor & PowerPoint

• Strong administrative skills and experience

• Excellent communication & customer service skills

• Ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers

The Role & Responsibilities

• Field incoming calls from Customers

• General administrative responsibilities

• Receiving work orders and requests and documenting them

• Initial processing, maintenance and recording of inspection reports, quotes, and invoices.

• Assist with accounts  Debtors follow up overdue payments etc.

• Schedule work for technicians/contractors using Company CRM system (simPRO)

• Preparation of annual fire safety statements (AFSS)

• Organised stock and supplies for your technicians/contractors

• Create purchase orders and approve invoices

• Data entry: Monitoring and maintaining of our Service management system

• Invoicing

• Overseeing Defect Reports and its status'

• Provide ad hoc support to the wider team

• Working along site the Service manager
