Service Coordinator

• Create and update customer job cards in the Honda HiRise system accurately.
• Ensure all customer complaints, requested repairs, vehicle details, and promised delivery times are recorded correctly.
• Coordinate job card allocation to technicians and monitor work progress.
• Follow up on pending job cards, delayed repairs, and vehicles awaiting spare parts or approval.
• Update the status of vehicles under service in the HiRise system.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, Spare Parts, and the Service Manager to ensure timely completion of work.
• Monitor open job cards and ensure completed jobs are closed and billed on time.
• Maintain records of pending vehicles, work-in-progress, completed jobs, and vehicles awaiting delivery.
• Verify that job cards, labour entries, spare parts entries, and service details are properly updated.
• Prepare daily reports on vehicle intake, job card status, pending work, completed services, and vehicle deliveries.
• Follow up on vehicles kept in the workshop beyond the promised delivery time and report delays to the Service Manager.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with dealership service procedures.
• Assist the Service Manager in monitoring workshop productivity and improving operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
