Role Summary

We are looking for a Service Coordinator to manage customer complaints, coordinate with service engineers, and ensure timely resolution of service requests and smooth service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Register customer complaints, assign service requests to concerned engineers, and track timely closure.
• Coordinate with customers, field engineers, and distributors to ensure efficient service support.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate dispatches with the logistics team.
• Prepare service and spare parts quotations and follow up on AMC renewals.
• Maintain service records, customer databases, and complaint status reports using MS Excel and other digital tools.

Qualifications & Skills

• ITI, Diploma, BCA, B.Tech, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in service coordination, technical support, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and comfort with digital tools and service management systems.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• Experience in the IVD, medical diagnostics, or medical equipment industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
