As Service Coordinator you will act as the link between internal colleagues, external service providers, and the customers of IMBOX. In this role, you will coordinate service activities across a diverse portfolio of international markets in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Australia. With markets at different stages of development, you will gain broad international exposure, and if you already bring language skills or cultural experience from non-English-speaking countries, you will have a clear advantage from day one.

In short, your tasks and responsibilities can be summarised as follows:

• Manage and follow up on external service providers, from onboarding and training to daily contact, approving service tasks and reviewing service visits in the service system.
• Plan and coordinate installations, including shipping of machines, follow-up and quality check, as well as minor logistics and warehouse tasks and approval of supplier invoices.
• Solve ongoing problems and handle urgent operational and service-related issues across markets.
• Work closely with the Business Development team on the operational launch of new markets.

The role involves administrative tasks and ongoing follow-up, meaning you should be comfortable working systematically and maintaining focus when handling continuous and similar tasks throughout the day.

We envision that you hold the following skills to succeed:

• Experience in service coordination, administration, operations, or a similar role within service, logistics, sales, transportation or similar .
• You are structured, resilient and service-minded – coordinating and creating overview comes naturally, and you keep calm even when balancing multiple tasks.
• You are skilled at building professional and constructive relationships with external service providers/stakeholders.
• You are adaptable and solution-oriented when plans or priorities change.
• You are a team player who collaborates naturally with colleagues across departments.
• Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing. Other languages are a clear advantage, including but not limited to German and Spanish
• You have solid experience in IT, ERP/Microsoft tools.
