Service Coordinator

• Handle client inquiries via call, text, Viber, and email.
• Schedule daily services/installations and update clients on ETAs.
• Follow up with clients and confirm installation schedules.
• Prepare Service Reports (SR) and quotations before installations.
• Coordinate with technicians and monitor field activities.
• Resolve schedule issues and provide client updates when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of SRs, quotations, and installation documents.
• Organize files for easy tracking and reporting.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks as required.
• Manage Branch Inquries.
• Dispatch Technician.
• Monitor Inventory stocks.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• At least 1 year experience in customer service and client/team coordination
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good time management and multitasking ability
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, and basic documentation tools
• Ability to handle multiple clients and schedules efficiently
• Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
