*Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

*Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer support

-Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate daily service activities and technician schedules.

2. Maintain Daily Service Reports (DSR) and service records.

3. Monitor technician attendance, field visits, travels and job status.

4. Handle customer inquiries and communicate service schedules.

5. Follow up on pending jobs and unresolved customer complaints.

6. Coordinate with the Service Head and technicians for smooth operations.

-Job Specification

Skills: Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.

Personal Attributes: Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Other Requirements: Ability to coordinate with technicians and handle customer inquiries efficiently
