Service Coordinator - Fire

Hills District | $75,000–$90,000 + Super | Permanent Full-Time

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience coordinating service technicians, scheduling jobs, and managing customers within the fire protection or building services industry.

The Role:

Working closely with technicians, customers and the internal team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day service operations of the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling and coordinating technicians across service and maintenance jobs
• Managing incoming service requests and allocating jobs
• Liaising with customers, technicians and contractors
• Following up outstanding jobs and ensuring works are completed on time
• Managing job updates and customer communication
• Raising and managing work orders
• Assisting with quotes, variations and job follow-ups
• Maintaining accurate job and service records
• Ensuring service schedules and compliance requirements are kept up to date
• General administration and support of the service team

About you:

• Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Service Administrator or similar role
• Experience within fire protection, HVAC, Electrical or other building services is essential
• Uptick experience
• Strong scheduling and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to prioritise multiple jobs and deadlines
• Good computer skills and confidence working with service management systems
• A positive, team-focused attitude
