Service Coordinator - Microsoft Power Platform

MuraConnect is partnering with a leading Government organisation responsible for Queensland’s public transportation to identify an experienced Power Platform Service Coordinator to support the governance, adoption and operational management of Microsoft Power Platform capabilities. This is a 12-month contract opportunity with potential extension.
  
You’ll act as a key coordination point between business stakeholders, technical teams and vendors, helping ensure Power Platform, Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365 solutions are effectively governed, onboarded and supported.
  
The Role
As the Power Platform Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Acting as a key coordination point across business, technical teams and vendors
• Supporting stakeholders through Power Platform governance and engagement processes
• Coordinating solution onboarding, governance reviews and production readiness
• Monitoring governance, compliance, environment management and operational requirements
• Coordinating audits, compliance assessments and remediation activities
• Maintaining visibility of platform risks, dependencies, solutions and operational priorities
• Coordinating governance forums, stakeholder meetings and vendor engagement
• Developing dashboards and reporting across platform adoption, compliance and service performance
• Identifying opportunities to improve governance, reporting, automation and customer experience

About You
To be successful, you’ll be a highly organised service or operational coordinator who can confidently work across stakeholders, governance and technology environments.
You will bring:

• Strong stakeholder engagement and customer relationship management skills
• Experience across governance, compliance, audit or operational administration
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Reporting and dashboard development experience, including Power BI
• Strong written communication, coordination and facilitation skills
• Experience within a technology, service delivery, business or operational environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform will be highly regarded
• ICT governance, vendor engagement or technology platform experience will be advantageous
