Service Coordinator- New Delhi

1. Receiving customer phone calls and updating them in the software and notifying the concerned field team member.

2. Reminding Field Team members about pending jobs including breakdown/Preventive Maintenance/Calibration.

3. Updating service reports/documents provided by field team members in the software.

4. Preparing estimates based on service reports and sending reminders every 15 days thereafter.

5. Preparing CMC/AMC Proposals for equipment whose Warranty/AMC/CMC is expiring, and sending reminders every 30 days thereafter.

6. Preparing any documents related to installation or after-sales service as and when required.

7. Reply to customer emails after discussion with Service department Head

8. Maintaining records of all documents in the software and hard copy files.

9. Sending requests to the Accounts Team for generating invoices (AMC/CMC) based on the customer's work order and service reports from Field Team Members.

10. Sending requests for parts against orders/under CMC based on details provided by the field team member/Service Head.

11. Keeping track of pending payments and preparing follow-up/reminder letters every 15 days.

12. Preparing MOM (Minutes of Meeting) for every meeting of the service department.
