DMB Equipment Solutions is looking for a Service Coordinator to help keep our workshop, customers and service team moving in the same direction.

We're not looking for someone to simply answer phones and file paperwork.

We're looking for the person who loves getting things organised, keeping jobs moving, chasing answers, following things through and making sure nothing falls between the cracks.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating service and repair jobs from start to finish
• Preparing quotations and job documentation
• Keeping customers updated and informed
• Working closely with technicians and workshop personnel
• Managing approvals and variations
• Helping ensure jobs are invoice-ready and properly documented
• Maintaining accurate records in Wiise and Microsoft 365
• Keeping workflow moving without losing control of the details

Think of yourself as the air traffic controller of the workshop.

• Service coordination
• Workshop administration
• Mechanical or heavy equipment industries
• Hire industry experience
• Customer service experience
• ERP systems experience (Wiise or Business Central is a bonus)

Package

$75,000 - $95,000 + Superannuation

Salary will depend on experience, capability and industry knowledge.
