Service Coordinator / Sales Coordinator

• Salary Range: $2,500 - $3,300 Basic + PB
• Industry: Security Systems Manufacturing / Access Control Solutions
• Working days: 5 Days Work week | Monday to Friday (8am to 5:30pm)
• Working Location : North Area (Senoko)

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage sales documentation, including Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, and Invoices.
• Provide administrative support for service and maintenance scheduling and coordination.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries, including online and e-commerce platforms.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations for service maintenance, spare parts, and ad-hoc servicing requests.
• Handle export and import documentation, ensuring all paperwork meets freight and delivery requirements.
• Manage internal and external correspondence, including emails, letters, and other enquiries.
• Perform general administrative duties and assist with tasks assigned by management.

Qualification

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Sales Admin / Service Coordinator role.
• Experience in shipping, export, or import documentation will be an added advantage..
• A team player with strong communication skills, able to interact with colleagues at all levels.
• Able to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
