Service Coordinator / Warranty Technician

A manufactured home, mobile home, and ADU dealer is seeking a dependable and motivated Service Manager / Warranty Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable working directly with homeowners, manufacturers, contractors, and internal team members. This position requires excellent communication skills and, most importantly, strong follow-up and follow-through from the beginning of a service request through completion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage service and warranty requests
• Communicate professionally with customers, manufacturers, vendors, and contractors
• Schedule and follow up on service appointments and repairs
• Track outstanding warranty and service items through completion
• Perform minor repairs and warranty work as needed
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on open service items
• Help ensure customers receive timely, professional service

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Dependable with exceptional follow-up and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple service requests and priorities
• Handyman, construction, manufactured housing, or similar experience is a plus
• Professional attitude and strong customer-service skills
