SERVICE CREW

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Take customer orders accurately and process payments.

Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.

Ensure food quality, presentation, and proper portioning.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining, kitchen, and service areas.

Replenish supplies and monitor inventory levels.

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints courteously.

Follow company policies, food safety regulations, and health standards.

Assist with opening and closing duties.

Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service or customer service is an advantage but not required.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong customer service orientation.

Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
