Service Crew

This is a full-time position where you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional service to our guests. As a Service Crew member, you will play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction at every interaction. This position is essential to our operations and directly contributes to building our reputation as a premier hospitality provider in the region.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming guests with a warm greeting and seating them promptly at available tables
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and completely, answering questions about menu items, specials, and allergens
• Delivering orders to the kitchen or bar in a timely manner and ensuring accuracy of preparation
• Serving food and beverages to guests with professionalism, ensuring plates and glasses are presented correctly
• Checking on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction and promptly addressing any concerns or special requests
• Clearing tables efficiently and maintaining a clean dining environment at all times
• Processing payments and handling cash and card transactions accurately
• Collaborating with kitchen staff, bartenders and fellow service crew to maintain smooth operations during busy periods
• Following food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling of cutlery, crockery and glassware
• Maintaining personal appearance and grooming standards consistent with company policies
• Assisting with restocking supplies and preparing the dining area for service

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working as a service crew, waiter, waitress or in a similar hospitality role
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests and colleagues
• Excellent customer service orientation with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple tables or orders simultaneously without compromising quality
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and move efficiently throughout the establishment
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette
• Attention to detail and accuracy when taking orders and processing payments
• Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
• Basic numeracy skills for handling payments and calculating bills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and training
