Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and manage seating, reservations, and enquiries
- Share menu knowledge and guide guests through their dining journey
- Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth, timely service
- Handle guest feedback professionally and maintain service excellence
- Keep the dining area organized, clean, and welcoming at all times
- Support promotions, events, and special dining experiences
Requirements:
- Friendly, confident, and service-driven personality
- Strong communication and people skills
- Experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and rotating shifts
