Service Crew

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
• Ensure food quality, proper portioning, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work and dining areas
• Replenish supplies and assist in inventory monitoring
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns courteously
• Follow food safety and company policies at all times
• Assist with opening and closing duties and support daily operations

Qualifications:

• Previous food service or customer service experience is an advantage but not required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented and a team player
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
