Service Crew

About the role

The Service Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the assigned Taters popcorn and snacks stall. The role involves food preparation, order taking, cashiering, product handling, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting in achieving store sales and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the assigned POS/cashiering system.
• Prepare and serve popcorn, snacks, beverages, and other Taters products according to company standards.
• Ensure proper portioning, presentation, packaging, and quality of all products.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the stall, equipment, counters, storage areas, and workstations.
• Replenish ingredients, packaging materials, and other supplies as needed.
• Monitor product freshness, inventory levels, and proper storage of food items.
• Handle cash and other payment transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cleaning, inventory checks, and securing store equipment and supplies.
• Follow company policies, food safety procedures, and health and sanitation standards.

About you

• At least a Senior High School graduate; college-level or college graduate is an advantage.
• Previous experience in food service, retail, cashiering, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
• Customer-oriented, friendly, and approachable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform routine store operations.
• Reliable, punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Must be willing to be assigned to different Taters stalls within the designated area, as needed.
