Key Duties and Tasks

• Cashier Duties: Operate the POS terminal, accept cash or card payments, give correct change, and balance the cash drawer at shift end.
• Customer Service: Greet guests with a smile, answer menu questions, and handle requests or complaints nicely.
• Order Processing: Take orders accurately at the counter or drive-thru, and pack food or drinks correctly.
• General Crew Tasks: Clean dining tables, wipe counters, restock supplies, and sweep floors.
• Safety Rules: Follow health, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.

Basic Requirements

• Good communication and math skills.
• Able to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly attitude and teamwork skills.
