Service Crew

No experience required – training will be provided!

Main Duties:

• Provide helpful customer service and a positive dining experience.

• Key in customer’s order and collect payment through the POS system.

• Accounting of cash collected from sales during mid-day, and during closing.

• Manage the display and storage of bakery products, during opening and closing.

• Understand the product knowledge on the food and bakery menu.

• Brew and prepare traditional coffee and tea.

• Prepare toast and sandwiches.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Direct Supervisor.
