What they need
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and serve shisha according to our standards
- Take customer orders and assist with food and beverage service
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the lounge and tables
- Prepare and clean shisha equipment
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Support other daily operational tasks when needed
- Follow company standards, procedures, and instructions
Requirements:
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Age 19–26 years old
- Honest, responsible, disciplined, and hardworking
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Neat appearance and positive attitude
- Willing to learn and able to follow instructions
- F&B, restaurant, bar, or shisha experience is a plus
- No experience required; training will be provided
Location: Ubud, Bali
Employment: Full Time
