About the role
We are looking for friendly, energetic and customer-focused Service Crew members to join our restaurant team. You will be responsible for providing warm and efficient service, ensuring that every guest has a positive dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and provide recommendations when required
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Ensure tables are properly set up and maintained throughout service
- Check on customers regularly and respond to their requests promptly
- Handle customer feedback and service issues professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area, service stations and other restaurant areas
- Assist with clearing and resetting tables
- Process customer payments and operate the POS system accurately
- Support the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
