Service Crew

We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Floor Captain/Supervisor to assist in running daily front-of-house operations. The Floor Captain/Supervisor will ensure smooth service, uphold brand standards, and support the team on the floor.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Service

• Run day-to-day floor operations, ensuring efficient table turnover and smooth guest flow.
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety throughout the venue.
• Handle or receive guest feedback, resolve complaints professionally, and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Monitor floor setup, reservations, and seating arrangements to optimize guest experience.

Team Leadership & Training (Supervisor)

• Lead and motivate service staff during shifts, ensuring teamwork and efficiency.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings, delegate duties, and ensure staff are well-prepared.
• Train new team members on service standards, menu knowledge, and operating procedures.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and support to ensure consistent performance.

Requirements (Captain)

• No minimum years of experience needed, we welcome anyone with a positive attitude and passion!
• Strong team player and willing to learn.
• Willing and able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Requirements (Supervisor)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. (Supervisor)
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,200.00 per month
